CURRENT JOB OPENINGS
We’re looking for a motivated person with an interest in delivering exceptional student experiences to join our international team remotely as a Student Exchange Advisor.
The program supports students to study overseas at one of our partner hospitals, clinics, and universities for two weeks to four weeks as part of their shadowing program/ fellowship.
What you’ll do
- Play a key role in the delivery of student-focused overseas mobility programs.
- Work collaboratively with national and international students and universities.
- Work collaboratively with international hospital and university partners in Greece.
- Build relationships with a variety of stakeholders including students. academics and professional staff.
- Become part of a supportive team with a positive and collaborative culture.
- Develop implement and improve our existing programs.
- Create high overall satisfaction for our students.
- Increase the number of study abroad participants by 20% in one year through target marketing and outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as student exchange advisor.
- Proven experience with abroad programs or relevant positions.
- Working knowledge of the methods and problems of organization and program management.
- Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the organization, procedures, and activities of the specific program.
- Excellent communication skills: must assist the CEO, Directors, University Dean, and students.

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Student Ambassador to be the face and voice of our Philotimo brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our Study Abroad Programs through various media channels. You will work closely with our Directors and CEO to achieve marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our programs to students, seeking and evaluating students’ feedback, and representing the Philotimo brand at launches and events.
To excel in this role, you must be a student (pre-med/med, or other healthcare discipline), you will have excellent communication and networking skills and a strong presence on social media. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Student Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with Philotimo’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Working closely with the Executive Director and staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Educating students, and University Departments.
- Creating social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers..
- Representing the company at your school, student associations, and social events.
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Digital Media Manager (10 hours a week). The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for media planning, digital strategy, social media marketing, and digital marketing. Responsibilities also include managing and creating digital media content.
Qualifications
- Expertise in media planning and digital strategy
- Experience in social media marketing and digital marketing
- Ability to create and manage digital media content
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other digital media tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, media studies, or a related field is a plus.
