Our programs take place in two amazing cities in Greece—Athens and Larissa—giving you the chance to immerse yourself in both the vibrant capital and the historic charm of Thessaly. You’ll gain practical experience in state-of-the-art facilities, including the University Hospital and Private Hospital in Athens, along with access to the top-tier research labs at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Thessaly in Larissa.

The Philotimo Dental Shadowing and Internship program in Athens offers aspiring dentists the chance to gain hands-on experience in a modern dental clinics. Shadow experienced professionals across various specialties, from orthodontics to oral surgery, and assist in patient care and treatment procedures. With full immersion in the vibrant culture of Athens, you’ll expand your skills while discovering one of Europe’s most historic cities.
The Philotimo Pharmacy Shadowing and Internship Program in Larissa, Greece, provides aspiring pharmacists with hands-on experience in both clinical and community pharmacy settings. You’ll work alongside experienced pharmacists, observing medication management, patient consultations, and drug therapy optimization.
The Philotimo Med Volunteer Program, offered by Humanity Greece in Athens, gives you the chance to make a real difference while gaining valuable healthcare experience. Volunteer alongside medical professionals in community outreach, public health initiatives, and support services for vulnerable populations. This hands-on program not only enhances your resume but also allows you to immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Athens, all while giving back to the local community.
Upon completion of your full application, our admissions team will issue your visa support documents, which you can take directly to the Greek embassy in your home country.
Students who require visas are encouraged to apply as soon as possible, in order to ensure successful placement at the summer school.
