Shadowing Abroad Application
in three simple steps!

Step 1

Online Application

The online application can take less than 10 minutes to complete and will collect:

  1. General application information.
  2. Program preference.
  3. Personal statements & resume.

You’ll also need to submit separetely:

  1. Proof of vaccination (per our policy to ensure patient safety).
  2. Your resume.
  3. Official transcript.
 
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old by the time your program is set to start, and attending or recently graduated from college. If you are international student, you are responsible for researching and acquiring any travel documents.

Step 2

Online Interview (30 Minutes)
  1. Think about general questions you may have.
  2. What experience would you like to gain through the fellowship?
  3. Any logistical or financial notes you want to cover?

Step 3

Enrolment Process & Tips
  1. After passing the interview, you’ll receive an email with a formal enrollment letter with your program dates & location. To confirm your placement, you’ll typically be given 2 weeks.
  2. Submit the full payment or chose a payment plan.
  3. The full payment must be paid 30 days before the program starts.
  4. The sooner you apply, the better your chances for acceptance into the program of your choice.
  5. A limited number of participants per program.
  6. A 10% Discount for university groups (excluding the preliminary application fee).
