Responsibilities:

• Advise and guide students and their families through the admissions process and program options.
• Organize admissions information, schedule appointments, and respond to student inquiries via email and phone.
• Follow up with prospective students to ensure engagement and completion of application steps.
• Manage and update the CRM system to track applications, schedule video calls with the Director, and monitor enrollments.
• Send acceptance or denial letters to applicants.
• Post and update program listings on Handshake and other platforms.
